How we deliver

From site visit to plant handover

A controlled delivery model designed to protect quality, schedule and system performance — every plant engineered for the actual site.

  1. 01

    Site visit

Roof, load and grid assessment — site feasibility, roof measurement and electrical-interface review before anything is promised.

  2. 02

    Engineering

Detailed layout with shadow-free setbacks, SLDs, string sizing, structure and cable-route planning — engineered for your actual site.

  3. 03

    Procurement

Approved equipment schedules and drawings, Tier-1 or approved makes, incoming material inspection and controlled delivery.

  4. 04

    Construction

Structure and electrical installation — modules, inverters, DC/AC systems, panels, earthing and lightning protection — under permit-to-work controls.

  5. 05

    Testing

String polarity, insulation resistance, open-circuit voltage, earth resistance and protection checks before energisation.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers on cost, payback, space, approvals and process. Have a different question? Ask us — the consultation is free.

What does a solar EPC company do?

EPC stands for Engineering, Procurement and Construction. A solar EPC company takes complete responsibility for your solar project — feasibility study, system design, component sourcing, statutory approvals, installation, testing, grid connection and commissioning — delivering a ready-to-generate plant with documented handover.

How much does an industrial or commercial solar plant cost?

As an indicative range, turnkey C&I solar in India runs roughly ₹3–4.5 crore per MW depending on system type (rooftop or ground-mount), structure design, evacuation scope and component selection. We provide a firm, itemized quotation after a free site visit and consultation.

What payback period can we expect?

Most industrial and commercial systems pay back in 3–5 years against prevailing grid tariffs, after which the plant delivers essentially free power for the rest of its 25+ year life. Higher tariffs and daytime-heavy loads shorten payback further.

How much space does solar need?

Roughly 85–100 sq ft of shadow-free roof per kW for rooftop systems, and about 4 acres per MW for ground-mounted plants. Our engineers confirm usable area during the site visit with shadow analysis for year-round output.

How long does a solar project take?

Our typical contract-to-commissioning cycle is 3–6 months including approvals, with many rooftop sites requiring less than 30 days of on-site installation work. You get a project schedule upfront and progress reporting against it.

Who handles government approvals and net metering?

We do. Our team manages GEDA registration, DISCOM coordination, CEIG electrical approvals, plan approval, charging permission and net metering documentation end to end — statutory liaisoning is a core service, with 5+ MWp processed.

Do solar plants work during power cuts?

Standard grid-tied systems shut down during outages for safety (anti-islanding). If outage support matters for your operations, we can design hybrid configurations with battery storage or DG synchronization for critical loads.

What warranties and after-sales support come with the plant?

We use Tier-1 or approved components backed by OEM warranties — modules typically carry 25–30 year performance warranties and inverters 5–10 years. Post-commissioning, we provide technology-enabled monitoring, issue tracking, preventive O&M plans and module-cleaning support.
